BPP Executive Director to be presented Ohtli Award at
208th Anniversary of Mexican Independence.  

The Ohtli Award or Reconocimiento Ohtli is an honor the Mexican Government gives to Mexican citizens who work in the United States and other countries and who have given assistance to Mexican citizens or promoted their culture. In announcing the award, Ambassador Marcela Celorio, Consul General of Mexico in San Diego shared, "Andy reflects not only a remarkable social leadership through more than 20 years of philanthropy, but it also shows the true love and devotion of someone who has dedicated his life to promote a better understanding of Mexico and the United States of America, its people and its culture."
