The U.S.-Mexico Border Philanthropy Partnership (BPP) has been monitoring the impact of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) in communities along and across the Border. During this crisis, we remain committed to advance our programs and services in support of our member network; we know you too are dedicated to your mission even in these difficult times. Our offices at the San Diego Foundation will be closed on March 18, 2020. This closure will be in force until further notice.
 
To protect your health and that of our staff, the BPP will:
 

• Cancel all public events, including our next binational philanthropy convening “Strategic Corporate Philanthropy: Collaboration and leadership along the border” in Hermosillo, Sonora on April 2, 2020. We are deeply indebted to our board member, Luis Alberto Healy, and the Fundación Educativa y Cultural Don José S. Healy, A.C., for their efforts to help us prepare for our planned activities.

• Offer our member network the use of our remote meeting software GoTo Meeting and GoTo Webinar.

 

• Continue publishing the latest information about the border and how the current health crisis is affecting our communities in our newsletters: Border Buzz (English) and Eco Fronterizo (Spanish) twice a month.​

 
We will keep you posted on the status of future activities and events to support our network of organizations that build prosperity through leadership, collaboration, and philanthropy in the U.S.-Mexico Border region.
