Join us for Voices and Visions from the Border: Philanthropy Without Limits, a special convening hosted by the U.S.–Mexico Border Philanthropy Partnership (BPP) in collaboration with the Arizona Community Foundation.
This free, in-person event brings together philanthropic, nonprofit, civic, and academic leaders from Arizona, Sonora, and the broader border region for the launch of Border Briefs, a new collection of concise research papers examining key issues shaping life and work in the borderlands, including education, environment, migration, public health, and philanthropy.
The program will feature a panel discussion on the evolving role of philanthropy in the border region, its challenges, innovations, and growing impact on binational collaboration, moderated by Mónica Villalobos, President & CEO of the Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, with panelists Eva Masadiego, Executive Director of the Arizona-Mexico Commission; Adam Lopez Falk, Senior Community Impact Officer, Discretionary Grantmaking at the Arizona Community Foundation; and Luis A. Torres, Board Chair of Fundación del Empresariado Sonorense (FESAC). The conversation will be followed by a Q&A session and a networking reception. The Briefs can be seen here
