Because the border matters to you now, here's how you can help:
- Become aware of, and informed about, the issues surrounding the border
- Learn to separate fact from fiction, truth from emotion, regarding those issues
- Be diplomatic but resolute; take ownership and responsibility in your circles of influence and your community for informing people about the border
- Become involved in organizations providing leadership on border related issues
- Encourage organizations with a take in border issues, but which are not fully engaged in address those issues, to do so
- Support community philanthropy organizations and their efforts to direct attention, energy and needed resources where they can make a difference along the border
- Get involved with the US-Mexico Border Philanthropy Partnership to stay informed and learn how you can help
