In April, the 9th Learning Community of the U.S.-Mexico Border Philanthropy Partneraship was held in Mesa, Arizona, entitled, “A New Beginning for the U.S.-Mexico Border Philanthropy Partnership: Independence, Expansion and Leadership.”
