These micro-entrepreneurs run a cobbling/tailoring business near the tourist location Calle Revolucion in Tijuana.  Los Niños de Baja California has given loans to micro-entrepreneurs since 2002, and has been funded by both the International Community Foundation and Fundación Internacional de la Comunidad, both members of the U.S.-Mexico Border Philanthropy Partnership.
