Working with partners to reduce poverty and increase equity around the world

The Synergos Institute is an independent nonprofit organization dedicated to tackling the underlying causes of poverty through innovative and sustainable systems change. Working with partners, Synergos' mission is to mobilize resources and bridge social and economic divides to reduce poverty and increase equity around the world.

As managing partner of the BPP, the Synergos Institute manages and administers the pooled fund that finances BPP activities.  Synergos staff work closely with BPP partners to design and execute a program that delivers intensive coaching to community foundations,  facilitates  organizational development planning, learning and networking opportunities for BPP partners and coordinates activities around the BPP’s  four programmatic foci:

• Family Asset Building
• Youth in Philanthropy
• Community Health
• Grassroots Community Development
